Each engagement is scoped in writing before work begins. Typical mandates run twelve to thirty-six months, with quarterly reporting.
We translate an investment objective into an implementable policy: target allocation, risk budget, rebalancing bands, and the reporting that keeps the mandate accountable. Deliverables include the investment policy statement, an implementation schedule, and a monitoring dashboard.
Quarterly outlooks and on-demand sector notes. Research is written for investment committees rather than for distribution, and every note states its assumptions and what would invalidate them.
Operational and financial review of target assets and counterparties, coordination of third-party advisers, and post-close integration planning. We do not act as a broker and do not receive transaction-based compensation.
An annual review of the decision process itself: who approves what, how performance is attributed, and whether the mandate still matches the institution it serves.
